Your California Privacy Rights

This California Privacy Rights Disclosure (the “Disclosure”) supplements Accuride’s Privacy Policy by describing your privacy rights as a California resident (“you”) and including information on how to exercise your rights. Accuride’s Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“Act”) requires these additional disclosures:

A. Categories of Personal Information Collected. The personal information that Accuride collects or has collected from consumers in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, fall into the following categories established by the Act:

  • Identifiers such as you name, company name, address, phone numbers, or e-mail address;
  • Personal information, such as a credit card or banking account information;
  • Age, gender, or other protected classifications
  • Communications and interactions, which may include email messages, chat sessions, and phone calls that we exchange with you;
  • Demographic information, which may include age or birthdate, gender, ZIP code, your status as a Loyalty Club member, and other information about you;
  • Call recordings, including information about your call and that you share when you call us on the phone;
  • Device and browsing information and other Internet activity information, including information about your phone, tablet, computer, or device, and online browsing activity (collectively, “automatically collected information”). Automatically collected information may include IP addresses, unique device identifiers, cookie identifiers, device and browser settings and information, and Internet service provider information. Automatically collected information also may include information about when and how you access and use our website or mobile application, such as the date and time of your visit or use, the websites you visit before coming and after leaving our website, how you navigate and what you search for using our website and mobile application, the website pages and items you view using our website and mobile application, and the items you purchase;

B. Categories of Personal Information Disclosed for a Business Purpose. The business information that Accuride disclosed about consumers for a business purpose in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure fall into the following categories established by the Act:

  • Identifiers such as your name, address, phone numbers, or e-mail address, for example if we use a third party carrier to deliver your order;
  • Personal information, such as a credit card, for example if we use a third party payment processor;
  • Your age, gender, or other protected classifications, for example if you choose to participate in a survey distributed by a survey provider;
  • Call recordings, including information about your call and that you share when you call us on the phone;

C. No Sale of Personal Information. In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure Accuride has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the Act.

D. Right to Request Access to or Deletion of Personal Information or Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information. You may submit your request through the following methods:

  • Send an inquiry to dpo-us@accuride.com to Opt-Out of the sale of your personal data

E. No Discrimination. Accuride will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the Act.

F. Effective Date. This disclosure is effective January 1, 2020.
